Due to climate change and unpredictable weather conditions, we are extending our "MODE BACK GUARANTEE" for all customers to 1 YEAR. You will now have a "YEAR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" from the date of your order.

... Also for farms, nurseries, vineyards, honey bee farms and other farms. You will now have a "2 YEAR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" from the date of your order.

Majoe Limitations:

• Physical damage
• Improper grounding and/or grounding of the neutralizer
• Using a chain instead of the Peace Ball twine provided

Neutralizer Return Policy section

We offer a one year money back guarantee on the Neutralizer product line. To receive a refund, we must receive the item in PERFECT CONDITION, including all manuals and sheets. Therefore, it is very important to pack the item in the same (or similar) protective packaging in which it arrived to you. The restocking fee is $30.00 (if the product has no physical damage).

 AN-1CV, AN-1CV1, AN-1CV2, AN-1CV3, AN-1CV4 and similar products for farm have 2 year warranty (two production cycles).

Personal Peace Ball Return Policy section

We offer a one year money back guarantee on the Personal Peace Ball product line. To receive a refund, we must receive the item in PERFECT CONDITION, including all manuals and sheets. Therefore, it is very important to pack the item in the same (or similar) protective packaging in which it arrived to you. The restocking fee is $30.00 (if the product has no physical damage).

Personal Peace Ball or Neutralizers Upgrade section

You can upgrade Peace Balls or Neutralizers purchased from MicroAlpha Inc. by paying the price difference plus a $30.00 restocking fee (if the product has no physical damage).

Option 1

You can buy a new, stronger Peace Ball or Neutralizer(s) in our online store. Upon receipt, please send us the older one with all the documentation that belongs to it. When we receive your old Peace Ball or Neutralizers in "OK" condition, we will refund your account the value of the old Peace Globe or Neutralizers less the renewal fee - CAD 30.00 per product. This method prevents interruptions in the use of Peace Ball and Neutralizers.

Option 2

You must contact us by e-mail. Then - we will send you a new invoice with the upgrade price (new Peace Ball or Neutralizers - old Peace Ball or Neutraliser prices + renewal fee - CAD 30.00 per product + applicable taxes). After paying the new invoice, you must send us the old Peace Ball or Neutralizers together with all documentation belonging to it. Once we receive your old Peace Ball or Neutralizers in "OK" condition, we will ship your new Peace Ball or Neutralizers.

One Year Money Back Guarantee NOT APPLICABLE to "Upgrades" Peace Ball and Neutralizers. It is only for the first purchase of a given product. Subsequent "Upgrades" are not covered by this warranty. The sale is final. However, you can continue to "upgrade" products without a time limit and there is no set number of "upgrades" as explained in "Option 1" and "Option 2" above.

The Peace Disk product line has no money back guarantee. This depends on the type of use - the product is exposed to bacteria and viruses, which prevents us from replenishing these types of articles.

We offer a one-year money-back guarantee on our internal structure regeneration tablet line. To receive a refund, we must receive the item in PERFECT CONDITION, including all manuals and sheets.
